No. We can offer you a FREE phone consultation. You are not obligated to use Ben as your concierge lawyer. We aim to give you more clarity on your legal problem after talking with us. And if you decide to use us, remember it's FREE and you'll be matched with a great attorney for hire.

 

Is it FREE to use Ben attorneys?

You don't pay to use Ben as your concierge lawyer (there are no up-front costs and no hidden back-end costs). And depending on your type of case (personal injury, for example) there is NO UP-FRONT cost to hire your attorney - you owe nothing if you receive no settlement.

 

What is a fair and reasonable fee?

Attorneys' fees are fair and reasonable based on the area of law, level of experience, complexity of the case and locale in which the attorney practices.
 

What is the cost to use Ben as my concierge lawyer?

It's FREE - NOTHING out-of-pocket. We are paid by the attorney handling your case.

 

Will using a concierge lawyer increase my legal costs?

Not at all. The attorney handling your case is saved the time of case management by working directly with us. This could potentially result in lower legal costs due to task specialization and better workflow.

 

Why should I use Ben instead of finding my own attorney?

Ben knows a lot of attorneys. We know their experience and expertise. It takes the guesswork out of finding a great lawyer. Plus, as your concierge lawyer we can get you clarification and answers where a busy attorney handling your case may not have the time to spend with you. Currently we are in California, though we are working on building a network of attorneys nationwide. If you need an attorney outside California, please register your interest. We're working hard to bring Ben into other states.
